Stew Beef: Crock-pot Style

Those weeknights that tend to be so busy you wonder where the day got too?!? Well this is the perfect dinner to come home too.

* Serves 2-3 people, I wish I would have double this to have leftovers for lunch…yes, it’s that good! *

1) 1 package of  lean beef tips, 1/2 bag of baby carrots, 6-8 small red potatoes , 1/2 packet of onion mix, 1/2 packet of 30% less sodium brown gravy and 1 serving of apple sauce (I used the no sugar added kind)

photo (77)2) Mix 2 cups of water with the onion mix, brown gravy mix, apple sauce – pour over the beef tips, chopped potatoes and carrots

3) Cook on low for 6-8 hours or High 3-4photo (79)

4) Serve HOT, YUM – Enjoy!!

 

Shopping List:

1 package of  lean beef tips
